I am a SAVE castaway pursuing PSLF. I filed taxes MFS to insulate my payments from my spouses income. However, I am in a communal property state, so my taxes are adjusted to show a higher income than I actually earned so I need to submit alternative documentation, such as my paystubs. Im trying to apply for PAYE, should I allow sudentaid.gov to access my IRS info? If I do will there be a way to adjust my income afterwards? I dont want payments to start on my "inflated" taxes

I will likely be moving to Marin county this fall and looking to rent for a year or so. Ideally trying to be in the Larkspur area or southern Marin. I will not be commuting to the city so that is not a primary concern.

I am looking for 2ba/2br and at least in the $4-6k range but obviously SFH are sparse. in unit W/D, pet friendly. Walkable area is preferred but not an absolute must.

Does anyone have experience with the larger complexes in that area? Specifically saw:

Bell Mt Tam

Finch at Larkspur

Larkspur Courts

Skylark Apartments
