Is it possible to have your braces maintained in Japan after having them in you home country? Do I need a referral letter or is a complete dental record enough?
Hi all, I'll be moving to Sapporo for University, however I'm planning to get braces in my home country because apparently orthodontic treatments in Japan COST A TON.
For reference, braces in my country cost around like 130k - 400k Yen, whereas in Japan (from what I've searched) that figure goes up to 700k - 900k.
With that being said, I'm wondering if its possible to maintain my brace treatment/adjustments in Japan, or if it's better to just get braces in Japan instead.
