Bikeep Racks at Victoria Station
I haven’t used Manchester Victoria station in a while because they have no bike racks that aren’t behind the ticket barriers.
Yesterday I noticed these “Bikeep” racks installed out the front.
There are 5 of them, no bikes on them, and you have to scan a QR code to unlock them.
How did this get approval when the average bike rider just wants a classic Sheffield style bike rack.
(Also worried that technically these are free to use, but it’s just got that feeling that they will be pay-to-use in the future if they start getting popular)
