Hi there, it’s driving me crazy that after trying for more than 3 years to get a tier 3 interview when I finally get one I get an incline yet after 3 months I keep getting rejected from all of the roles I keep applying. This was the original response I got

“You have successfully demonstrated that you continue to meet the bar at Amazon and are therefore “inclined.” At this time, we are not able to extend an offer, but you have been added to our internal Inclined Talent Pipeline (ITP).”

Like what am I doing wrong? I understand that being inclined means I passed the loop and a offer would be giving to me but like WHEN?

Why am I getting this email
“At this time, we have not found a successful match that has resulted in a job offer since you were added to the internal Inclined Talent Pipeline” event after applying to roles that DO MATCH? seriously do I have to kiss a$$ to move up.
