Recent download speeds are significantly lower
For the past week or two, this is what's been happening- very slow download speeds while upload speeds are around max bandwidth. So I don't think it's my internet. I've also tried switching VPN servers, but it doesn't fix it either. I've been torrenting for a long time but never really had to troubleshoot anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
