Gutter Advice
This video was during a torrential downpour, so the velocity of the water exceeded the capacity of the gutter flow for a few mins, thereby shooting over the edge. Normal rains, this does not happen. My gutters have worked just fine, until a high anxiety neighbor moved in, who’s OCD with water and likes to bully and yell at people. I live in a small HOA, but in a single family row home.
Request- advice from anyone with gutter experience. I realize they can put an elbow on here, but the water pressure could still blow that out. I’m looking to see if there is a reason to dish out hundreds of dollars, vs being able to explain that the gutter is functioning fine, it’s just the rare flash downpour that this may happen.
To note- the water is not hitting their home. The rain is though! They are blaming erosion on me. Not the rain haha. There is a slight declined slope with ground cover that prevents any water from standing and it drains out the shared driveway. Thanks in advance!
