I thing I'm obsessing over tolerances for a shed.

I am building a 10X14' shed that will be an office/craft space for my partner. I have the floor frame built (double-rimmed 2X6 PT lumber, 16OC, over 4X4 skids on blocks). There is a sliiiiiight variation after all my shimming in the joists (stupid HD lumber). I'm used to the finer side of woodworking, and I am driving myself crazy.. so I would like advice.

The frame is level AF, but my long framing level barely taps the top of a couple of them when running it over the floor. It's juuuust enough to make it rock like 1/32 to 1/16 of an inch over the crown of a couple of them. Am I obsessing too much over this? For something that's going to be covered with screwed-down 3/4 T&G OSB? If it were a deck, I would totally just send it. Thank for any input.
