Obsidian vault of 1400 Arxiv LLM & AI whitepapers online
I soft-launched my hand-curated Arxiv archive of LLM/AI whitepapers recently and just added a feature that allows you to paste in the URL of a whitepaper and get related research.
My corpus is 1400 or so hand-curated paper excerpts stored originally in Obsidian. Using the arscontexta.org plugin I built 1200 topic notes that cut across and connect concepts between papers. The result is pretty rich. After using the vault to help with writing, I thought I might as well put it online.
Rather than just shovel it online I added a layer that allows you to explore by questions and findings. The whole thing is embedded so you can do semantic search as well.
Since the archive is fixed until/unless I add papers and rebuild connections, the Match page allows you to paste a recent Arxiv paper url and find connections in the vault.
This is/has been/will be a passion project and it's a work in progress. So any feedback is appreciated!
