We have been having issues with management for a while….We have been calling them for a month now trying to get them to fix our sealing outside the brick walls that leaks in water when it rains! They said they have to contact the builder and have been saying that with excuses. Now we are having issues with our breaker (again) building up moisture and now it’s tripping and we can’t use our washer or any outlets in our bedroom! The guy who manages the duplexes that we live at constantly ignores texts and calls and when we call the main office they apologize, give us the run around and nothing happens! What can we do ? I am so tired of this bs!
