I have tried to log in to the ETS website 5+ times today. I have done all the troubleshooting I can find, clearing caches, incognito, new window, different browser, changed password, new device, no vpn, no other account, etc. It just keeps telling me that "this site can't be reached."

I've tried different links, ensured no typos, and still can't get it to work. My only other thought is to try on a different network or waiting a couple of days.

Does anybody else have this issue? Feels ridiculous that you have to pay so much for the test, just for the website to be borderline non-functional.

Does the PTCAS Personal Statement/Essay prompt change with each cycle? I want to start working on writing mine as soon as this semester ends, but I don't want to spend unnecessary time and effort responding to the wrong prompt. Thanks!
