Should I leave my part time job?

I need motivation to leave my part time job. I’m a mom and I’m not the primary breadwinner. I became part of a fitness group and it helped me tremendously through some stressful seasons. Eventually the main person asked me to become part of the team and help others. I said yes, then after training, she transferred out and was replaced. Soon after the replacement also transferred out but still managed us from afar. Our clientele list cut significantly since the first manager transferred out so it’s been slim picking and a bit defeating. Many tasks have been delegated to me and it began to feel like I was taking on things a local manager would do because our manager is not in state. I feel like I’m not being paid enough for what I do to begin with but on top of that. Payment has not been consistent and the first few times I could let it go and be understanding of them getting used to their new position, but now they’ve missed 3 pay periods. I don’t rely on the money. I feel a bit torn because I know if I leave then what’s left of the company would most likely go down with me plus the pride of going through the tough times to helping a small business grow and knowing I was a huge part of it being successful…..My support system is telling me just to leave due to the internal problems, lack of pay, and over all $28 a class isn’t enough to cover child care/time away/and gas.
