This is a 100% completely true story.

About a year ago I was studying for the Florida Real Estate exam, enrolled at Gold Coast Schools. Long story short, I hated the course so much that after I passed the state exam, I decided to work on a better school rather than practicing real estate.

When I was taking the course I kept finding myself opening ChatGPT (specifically the Voice mode) and asking it to explain the latin terms like Habendum, or helping me find ways to remember Littoral vs Riparian, etc. I felt like I always had Chat open on the side of the slides/videos.

And when I took a practice exam, they would basically tell me: you got this answer wrong, the correct answer was B. But they wouldn't tell me why or what chapter/slide to review. So once again, I found myself turning to chatgpt. I would basically export all of my quiz results into Chat and would say something like "based on everything I got wrong, create a curriculum for my weak spots."

I remember having a 40 min conversation back n forth with Chat on the way to the Pearson Vue exam, really just drilling into all my weak spots.
