Normal healing or dry socket?

Normal healing or dry socket?

I got my lower right wisdom tooth extracted on May 8. I am now on day 6. I’d say around day two I started experiencing a lot of pain that seemed to be traveling from my cheek to my ear but mind you I did also get an upper wisdom extracted so was kinda hard to tell where it was coming from exactly my doctor originally prescribed antibiotics and ibuprofen. 600 ended up having a call on day three and ask for a different or stronger medication and then was prescribed Norco, which did really help to take the edge off, but not without also taking ibuprofen at the same time anyways fast-forward today which is day six as I mentioned before I do notice some improvement as far as medication goes I’m able to actually last the full 6 to 8 hours without being in pain earlier in my healing process. I would only last about three or four hours and then just be miserable, waiting to take my next dose. My only concern here though is that I noticed yesterday and today I’m just really starting to get this sour taste kind of like drainage that leaks every 15 to 20 minutes all day literally and also when I rinse my mouth at night with the chlorhexidine, there are some bits of what seem to be food particles that have a very foul smell. Just want to know if anyone else has had this experience and possibly get some feedback. Also, I’m not sure if this would be something dry socket related? Side note: my tooth was partially impacted so it was a surgical removal. I wanna say it took the doctor about 20 to 30 minutes to get it out by drilling into the tooth and removing it in peices, also had to cut deeply into the gum.
