BVA status
When I call the VA I’m told my case has been assigned to a Judge but the website say it’s waiting to be sent to a judge. Now the irony in this is that I’m being told it is with the same judge that presided over my hearing. So did it never leave him yet or is it that he just happened to get my case to review. This hearing stuff is so confusing.
