hey! im in an incoming cs major going to a t5 cs school. im not going anywhere all of summer exceot hanging out with friends before college so im wondering what can i do to maximize my productivity and get ahead before freshman year.

i dont wanna come off as one of those people who dont do anything but study and not enjoy their summer before college but i also think im pretty behind compared to the average cs admit at my school.

The extent of my knowledge is ap csa (so basic java principles) and a little bit of python so im wondering if i can get help creating a roadmap since im pretty lost in terms of how i should progress.

Hi so I'm an incoming gtech student oos for cs. I was looking at my course progression and I won't be coming in with either Comp 1301 or 1331 so I'll have to take those intro courses my freshman year. This would leave me with taking 1332 sophomore year (Data Structures and Algo). I'll try to test out of 1301 but I was wondering how behind would this put me compared to other cs students? I know that data structures is rlly important for internships so would not taking it freshman year hurt my chances at securing a summer internship?
