Has anyone tried collagen peptides alongside gut healing and noticed skin improvements too?

Been dealing with SIBO for a while now and like a lot of people here the gut stuff has shown up on my skin too, dull complexion, slower healing, just generally looking tired all the time.

Started adding Welzo's bovine collagen peptides powder into my morning routine a few months back mostly for the gut lining support angle since I kept reading about the connection between collagen, intestinal permeability and overall gut repair.

Wasn't expecting much on the skin side honestly but that ended up being the most noticeable change. Skin feels more plump and hydrated, fine lines look softer and my nails are growing faster than they ever have.

Still very much a work in progress with the SIBO itself but curious if anyone else here has added collagen into their healing protocol and whether you noticed anything similar or found it helpful for the gut side specifically.
