Thank you! My first successful cast ring

Thank you to everyone who helped me on my last post :) I flipped the ring in the mold to put the thickest part first, upped the heat and made the sprue thicker. It hurt to give this one away but it was a birthday gift for my friend and she loved it :) 925 Sterling I gold electroplated.

Trouble shooting

Hi! I have had luck sand casting before but I’m trying to do a ring for the first time and it is just not working for me. The models I got are so cute but I just can’t get the silver to flow all the way! I am using a bernzomatic torch with the yellow mapp gas canister which i was having success with before.

There’s probably posts asking for help like this all the time but I thought I had enough heat and was using enough metal which is usually the problem. If im wrong about either of those please let me know! Any help is greatly appreciated.

Basically what the title says, I was so worried making sure I liked my design and everything was spelt properly that I forgot to add grommets to my banner for my tent. Is there any alternative way to hang the banner ? I was thinking either Velcro strips or banner clips but I want to make sure everything looks smooth
