advise- diet- Recent Diagnosis of mBC ER+PR-/HR2-, met in bone and small lymph involvement

Hi, I have a recent diagnosis of MBC, ER+PR-/HR2-, met in bone and small lymph involvement. I am currently doing high dose radiation for the bone involvement (2 places) and are on ET and a targeted chemo drug. ET is OP1250 (palazestrant) and chemo drug is Atirmociclib. I am holding drugs on radiation days only. Just had first radiation treatment yesterday and feel good this morning. I have only been on the drugs for about 5 days.

I would like any advice on what if anything have you found to be a good diet after a diagnosis and during treatment. I find myself, not restricting calories, but restricting what I eat to very specific foods that I think (no medical or dietary training) will be supportive. Not a bad diet, but no real carbs, no starchy veggies, clean proteins, veggies, only a few types of fruit, TONS of fiber, fish, little red meat, trying to add chicken/turkey, trying to add in beans, but this has been a new step for me. But I would like to feel more confident for example, going to an nice Italian dinner every once in a while, with pasta and maybe a little wine.
