Hi all, found this window frame leak during a rain storm last night and not quite sure who to call. It’s the first time it has leaked, wondering if it’s a freak occurrence or an actual problem. A crazy rain/wind storm last week didn’t cause any leakage. Windows are <10 years old, no obvious issues. House (Canada, 1941) foundation pretty solid and no major cracks in the stucco siding that I can see. Would this be a sealing issue at the window, water coming in from the vent above, or are there other issues?
