If you are insearch of winning product this is for you...

you don't need to be a woman to understand women.

I run beauty brands selling to them

i understand them better than they can articulate themselves

believe it or not that's easier from the outside than from the inside

women tell you what hurts

but they cannot tell you which emotional trigger to pull to make them feel seen enough to buy.

and that's your job as the founder

luckily for us the research process is straightforward

Amazon reviews are a goldmine when it comes to this

the ladies write freely since their face isn't attached to the comment.

without any judgment or social performance.

everything from honest descriptions of their pain, what they tried, what failed and what they want.

Reddit forums and Facebook communities works the same way

these platforms are where women say things they would never say on Instagram

because Instagram has an audience and audiences change what people say.

a mistake is going wide too fast.

take one big root problem like menopause for example

menopause has dozens of branches.

hair loss, jawline dropping, cellulite, water retention, skin changes, and hormonal shifts.

go deep on one branch that you know more about that specific problem than the women experiencing it.

your core avatar will stays fixed.

menopausal woman from 40 to 60 has the highest purchasing power on Facebook

they're already frustrated because she's tried things that didn't work

that age group is not native to social media so she didn't grow up with ad skepticism baked in

so your sub avatars multiply around her.

every meneopause symptom is a different type of pain you can make money from

women just need to feel understood.

as long as your ad feels like a friend who sees exactly what she's going through

you WILL print millions, if you have any more questions and guidelines feel free to let me know
