I own a Joyor T10. I ride only in the mountains on steep, unpaved trails. Current issues:

Range: ~10 km of hard climbing drains the battery to 15–20%.

Overheating: the scooter shuts off 3–4 times per climb due to thermal protection.

Options:

Add a 60V 20Ah external battery ( approx €400, total 38Ah).

Pros: more range.

Cons: adds 7–8 kg and probably won’t fix the overheating.

Sell the T10 and buy a different scooter (max budget €1500).

I need good cooling, dual motors, and reliability on long climbs.

What I’m looking for:

Recommendations for a scooter under €1500 that can handle steep, rough mountain trails without overheating and is reasonably light Or should I just add the external battery?
