If I want to negotiate an OTD do I first ask where we are including the required fees (doc,title,tax)?
Say I see a 2019 civic 1 million miles for 20k. I see other listings same trim and miles a bit further for 19k I don't want to drive that far but if I have to I will. They break down the price at 20k required fees come to 1800. From here do I just push for that 1k off? I never negotiated for OTD is this how it works and what can I use as leverage if I am serious but want a better price.
