Rili with yellow fuzz. Egg or Fungus? HELP!

Good Day everyone, I started my Aquarium nearly 3 months ago. It had already be pre-established when I received it. LSS, my Fiancé works at Vetco, they no longer allowed her to keep the 20-gallon tank and she adopted it and brought it to our home. Since then the tank has seriously evolved. I've put a lot of work into it. At this point, the tank is at its highest point. well established, a little over the Bio-load limit but nothing I cant handle and heavily planted with 2 filters a HOB and a smaller suction cup filter.

Parameters:

PH: 7.0 - 7.2

Ammonia: 0PPM

Nitrite: 0PPM

Nitrate 10-20PPM

Now, here is my predicament. I've got 2- beautiful deep blue Neocardinia Berried. I don't know how, they just got Eggnant 0: .... any who, I've got a total of 3 Neocardinia, 2 blue and 1 red. and 2 Rili, 1 orange and the other red.

This issue is about my red Rili, about 2-3 days ago I noticed that She/He had some yellow fuzzy bits under her belly, I thought to myself "It may just be algae sticking to her" since ive got a bit of algae in the tank, not so much, but still a good amount.

Today, I look at her and She's/He's just got a yellow BUSH on her abdomen and its patchy all the way down to her tail. I am unsure what this is. I have treated weekly since the beginning with an Imagitarium Bacterial infection remedy as I am mortified of any kind of infections hurting my babies, but I am unsure whether this is the cause of my issue, or completely unrelated.

She/He is super active, fast and does NOT want to be bothered (Has had quite the personality since I got her). I've now Isolated her in a .75 temporary for the next 2-days to monitor them but I am unsure as to what the heck this is. Can somebody educate me please?
