Talk me off a ledge.
So i had this new client which was a referral.
Person said it was a great massage, even said they were surprised when they got flipped over and their back did not lock up or hurt. Mentioned sending their spouse to me. Said they would definitely see me in the future.
I got a notice i got a review, 4 stars!
I mean what the f? Makes me doubt myself.
I did text them and ask what i could have done for 5 stars.
Makes me not want to work on this person next time.
Thoughts?
