With Monster, these 2 are part of my 3 favorite animes, your thoughts on them?
For those that do not know them: Ergo Proxy (2006) and Requiem for the Phantom (2009), the former is an existential post-apocalyptic mystery show, the latter is a psychological mafia tragedy. Both are similar in the sense that the two main characters discover themselves on a journey but one is more existential and philosophical, the other is more psychological and morally ambigous, both have uneven storytelling routes and both shows are weird but so interesting to watch.
