Hi guys, I bought my first car (used 2016 Subaru sedan) in January 2025. I've used it for 1.5 years with no issues and just switched to a new car. I've never sold a car before - besides listing on FB Marketplace, where else should I be listing? Should I put flyers up anywhere? Any advice is appreciated

We are currently building out an upcoming coworking concept on Avenue E in Bayonne, a few minutes from the Silk Lofts area, and we have a kitchen space available for rent.

We’re looking for someone interested in operating a:

• cloud kitchen
• ghost kitchen
• catering prep kitchen
• meal prep business
• specialty food concept

• Prep / assembly space
• Basement storage access
• Fridge storage space
• Flexible setup depending on your needs

Please note:

• You would need to bring/install your own cooking equipment (ex: stove/range depending on your concept)

We’re also open to collaboration opportunities where we sell your prepared foods directly inside our upcoming coworking space — especially things like:

• healthy soups
• salads
• wraps
• grab-and-go snacks
• wellness-focused food/drinks with macros labeled

Additionally, there is a separate 2-bedroom apartment available for rent on the second floor of the property if you are interested in living on the premises.
