Guitarist learning Piano
What’s up. I’m wanting to learn some basic piano for composition. I’m a lead guitarist in an active band with lots of improv and I’m comfortable with music theory and know a bit about modes.
I want to learn how to play the piano enough to record some rhythm, arpeggio, triad parts to use in my own neo soul/psych/americana music.
I bought an oxygen 49 to plug into my Daw for learning.
What YouTube teachers would you guys recommend? I really only need technique lessons and not music theory.
Although I do love music theory and watch things like open studio and Marbin music YouTube channels. My inspirations for the music I’m making are Adrian quesada, la lom, late Beatles, talking heads.
