OSA questions

Let me provide backstory/context first: I have been dealing with poor sleep/snoring/breathing issues for years dating back to my deployment to Jordan, and had already been put on albuterol around that time for asthma. I applied for my claim for OSA per my VA primary care's recommendation back in December and was provided the at home kit to confirm diagnosis. They sent me a letter saying the results didn't come back conclusive, denied my claim, then I was scheduled for a sleep study a couple months later.

I just received my confirmation of OSA in a letter from the VA and filed a supplemental claim with this new evidence, additionally being told ill be prescribed cpap later this month. My bunkmate and my current partner of 5 years are both providing lay statements for my latest claim, my labs dating over the past year or so have been coming back with both low T, high cortisol, and high triglycerides. For reference I lift 5-6 days a week, 8-10k steps 6-7 days a week, and my diet is pretty optimal compared to the average person.

I've seen folks have secondary and tertiary effects with OSA, these might apply to me but I don't really have conclusive evidence other than poor weight and documented trips to BH around the time this started.

Questions:

What am I doing wrong? Or what am I doing right?

*This is my 2nd claim, I got 10% for tinnitus and 0% for BH/MH*

Folks who have OSA: What are your experiences with this? I'm actively trying to be the healthiest I can but this is definitely a royal pain.
