Why dont service animals need identification?
"If you are unsure whether a rider’s animal is an assistance animal, you can simply ask them politely. A request for ID is not an opportunity to deny service. If a rider’s animal is an assistance animal, the trip must proceed regardless even if they don’t provide ID, or whether you recognise the ID they do provide."
that just doesnt make sense to me, so if this dog is obviously not an assistance animal and they only have to say "yes it is" and theirs nothing you can do?
honestly i don't care. its just a dog, ive got blankets for them to sit on and i love dogs anyway.
it just seems like a poorly built system thats easily abused?
or is their something im missing?
