First time growers of autos in auto pots. Pics are at day 34 its now day 36 and stretch has stopped.

We have been told to lolliepop and defoliate heavy.

Whats peoples thoughts, we planned to do something but unsure to what extent with autos.

Any advice would be great.

We are 34 days in and they turned at 30 days. We arent sure what to expect at this point, we have only ever grown photoperiods.
