ISO app for betahistine reminders
Hey guys! I’ve started taking Betahistine 3 times a day. i also have ADHD and just know that it’s going to be hard to remember to take every dose, especially since they have to be 6ish hours apart.
I’ve been using the apple health app, and tried medisafe and pillo, but they all only allow me to set a fixed time for each dose (I have it set to 9am 3pm, and 10pm). But what I really want is an app that reminds me exactly 6 hours after I’ve taken a dose, so that if I take my first dose at 7am, then it reminds me for the next one at 1pm, or if I take the first dose at 10am then it reminds me for the next one at 4pm, and so on.
other requirements:
- sends me continual notifications more than once (every 15 min or so?) if I don’t take a dose
- sends a notification to Apple Watch and iphone at the same time, and syncs on both no matter which device I log the dose on
Anyone have luck finding something like this? if not, what app is your favorite?
