I’m looking to buy our first management software but I need something that will work specifically for my needs.

I work for a very small (but growing) property management company - it’s literally just my boss and myself - and we manage about 20 properties. About half of them we midterm mostly and supplement with Airbnb in between turnovers. The other half are either full time midterm or full time Airbnbs.

We want something that will connect our furnished finders calendars with our Airbnb calendars, will handle scheduling all the cleans, and has direct booking capabilities. We don’t have a lot of money in our company yet so that is a huge factor as well.

Any suggestions?
