Master bathroom vent stack and water options
Master bath remodel to open things up where the tub and shower face exterior walls. The (wet, I think) vent stack and water were both in a faux interior partition between the old tub and shower. The vent stack vents at the roof. Completely open to moving anything around (crawl space access).
What are my options here? I’m worried I’ll have to build another faux wall. Is there any way to move that vent stack or run the water through the exterior walls? (I’m doubtful)
I think my options are:
- extend the far wall (where the the width of a 2x4 frame and rotate the vent stack 90 degrees in parallel inside it, effectively shrinking the bathroom.
- build a smaller faux wall where the stack and water are now maybe half height

Any advice?
