my teenager dog is 1.5 years old and very trainable. she's been sleeping in her crate next to our bed nearly every night since we got her at 13 weeks. there have been a few nights where my partner and i have let her sleep in the bed with us, and now when we leave the crate door open (to eventually transition into sleeping on a bed of her own on the floor), she just jumps in our bed. we've tried guiding her back into her bed with treats and telling her to stay, but she'll get up and jump back into our bed anywhere between 1-10 minutes later. any suggestions on how to get her to sleep in her own bed and not come into ours? i fear ours is just too desirable with us in it.

she'll still go into her crate to go to bed, but she's definitely getting more and more reluctant about it, so i'm trying to get ahead of this problem before she flat out refuses to go in the crate anymore. she's actually in a cone right now so we've taken the crate out of the room and put her bed in there, but she spent most of last night crying and trying to jump into our bed.

is there any way to do this without making the bed 100% off limits? I do like cuddling with her sometimes or having her hang out in the room with me as I’m doing other things.

why does the bike only ever suggest the same cool down/post workout classes?

I've been riding since 2019 and within the last year or so, I've noticed that I'm getting fed the exact same cool down class (Emma Lovewell's 5 min Cool Down Ride from Wed 9/10/25 @ 12:00 AM) every single time. Doesn't matter the format of the class I've just taken, the instructor (Emma or otherwise), the length, etc. but this is the only cool down class that's ever suggested to me anymore. I've now taken this class at least 10 times.

Sure, I could go in and stack a different cool down class before I start my workouts, but that's a hassle and sometimes I forget-- and the whole point is that I have next suggested classes waiting for me at the end of a ride.

Has anyone else noticed this?
