Which provides better airflow?

So I just finished building my first PC and I am not sure which way provides the best airflow, option C is what I am currently running my thinking behind it is that if air gets pulled in there will be more air available for the bottom left fans to push up to the GPU. The AIO is sidemounted.

(Red is for exhaust blue is for intake)

Is this a good airflow set up?

This is my first time building a PC. So I'm unsure about things like which fans to have as intake and exhaust. I currently have this as my set up and I'm unsure whether this is good.
