Laser therapy
Sorry I always get this wrong when posting. Im new here.
Here's my situation, and seeing if anyone has had similar
Iv had planters since at least early 2000s. Got orthotics around then, got it resolved after some time with customer orthotics.
Then few years later, it came back. So once again, got custom orthotics, didn't seem to fix it this time but the dr wasnt as hands on or guidance. I just managed ok, wasnt too bad unless I walked a bit.
Now, a few month's ago, had a massive flare up, and its gotten so bad. Im waiting for custom orthotics to come in yet again.... anyways my question.
They suggested laser therapy. Im trying to figure out if its actually can be successful. Anything iv ever tried does absolutely nothing for releif. Also, on top of it, I have old ankle injuries (possibly torn legiments?? ) from junior high like over 30 years ago, iv been dealing with the ankle pain too, and the planters seems to intensify the ankle pain. Think laser therapy would help the ankle pain or heal as well?
