23F, pregnant with first biological & have 2 bonus kids. This was not placed in my mailbox until Friday of this month, as well as they stopped sending me my bill beginning of this year, with so much going on I did not notice. In desperate need of any assistance that can be given. When calling they let me know that I will have until midday tomorrow to pay without disconnection & claim that I am not eligible for a payment plan even though I have never had one in my 3 years residing here. I’m currently 300 dollars short, so anything, even resources to reach out to will be greatly appreciated!
