11 days Post-OP: left not sharp

hi,
I'm 39,m and 11 days post-op after SMILE-PRO. The surgery itself was absolutely no problem for me personally, however, the surgeon apparently had some slight difficulties removing both lenticules. It was a bit more difficult on the left than on the right. On my left eye, after about a minute, I heard the following sentence: "Okay, and now I've got it and it's out. There are still two cells that I'll flush out... and yes, that was it."

Anyway, the next day I was far from seeing clearly, but it got better day by day, at least in my right eye. On day four, I had my first examination. The ophthalmologist (not the surgeon) said everything had gone well and the incision had already healed. I had 50% vision in my left eye and 75% in my right; it would still take some time. And you could see that there had been difficulties removing the lenticules. Therefore, I would have to be more patient.

Eleven days later, my right eye is at a point where I would say it's "okay." Not perfect, but fine for distance vision. But my left eye is far from it. My vision is very blurry, and I can't focus on any text at a distance. It's a different kind of blur, like when you don't use your eye drops proper. It's more like I just need glasses again in my left eye. It doesn't matter whether I use drops or not, my left eye just doesn't get properly sharp. For the past five days, I've also had the feeling that absolutely nothing is improving.

Is this normal? Do I really just need to be patient, or should I already be mentally preparing myself for TransPRK?
