i know ip gets discussed a lot but i never saw anyone discuss it with view of WTO.

I dont know everything but my basic understanding is that under WTO ip is locked for at least 20yrs so then and there we cant abolish ip or something radical like that.

i want to know what reforms a country could take whilst following WTO rules because lets be real no country wants to leave WTO.
