God this is such a depressing thread. I at 35 have been diagnosed with Stage 4 Stomach Cancer Signet Ring Cell type. 12 cycles of chemo have been able to keep the desease under control. I was just so hopeful of my future. Till I came across the posts here. Its all so dark and depressing.

Can anyone share a positive long term survival out of Stage 4 Gastric Cancer Diagnosis.
