I feel like I'm losing my mind a little here and would appreciate Any and All insight you may have.

I have been working on a client who uses topical rogaine and has had great results.. the issue is when I am highlighting over it it turns the bleach greenish yellow and I feel like the lift is a little yellow..

First thought was.. wash first so none of the medication is there.. great. I did that but I still find the finish of the raw lift is incredibly yellow and orange..

I also feel like the foam is yellowing my toners over the course of wear.

Does anyone have any experience with this? What have you done to work in tandem and still get the tones you want.

I'd like to get a sense of how many stylists are aware of the gainful employment ruling and it's impending effect on beauty schools? What is the thought consensus here? I fear the industry is not prepared to return to the structure of the 1980's of apprenticeship programs. Overall I believe it could be very positive to have apprenticeship return on a large scale but it seems we are heading for widespread change and very few people are talking about it.

Our salon just took a Davines NaturalTech class and I'm feeling like I came out understanding less about the line than before. The salon I am from is a curious and eager to learn class so we were engaged and asking questions, majority of which were not answered. It's cool to know that the company is a b Corp and they have all these certifications but when I am left with little to no product knowledge I feel like I wasted my time. Also.. how am I supposed to guide clients to the product that's right for them? I'm just feeling so frustrated, we already use all Davines color and their main shampoos and conditioners which are amazing. It's just that the treatment line needs so much more instruction, I'm left feeling clueless.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between these two services besides marketing? I'm very familiar with keratin but I have never used "hair botox" do you love it, why and what brand?
