I believe it should be:

Do you mind my asking you whether you're old enough to drink.

I'll explain:

If you ask the person, "Do you mind ME asking you whether you're old enough to drink," then it sounds as if you're asking them, "Do you mind ME?" (i.e. Do you like me?) If you say, "Do you mind my asking you whether you're old enough to drink?" then there's no confusion. It's obvious that you're asking them whether they mind your asking them a question.

I am studying grammar online and this sentence was correct on the site, but I don't think so:

But, this makes sense:

You don't know the facts of the case.

Shouldn't the sentence be stated like this instead?

It's you who doesn't know the facts of the case.

This sentence doesn't make sense to me:

I want to come to your house to visit you.

Why wouldn't it be:

I want to go to your house to visit you.

The person isn''t coming, but going.

The nabe kids are torturing and abusing me. Please pray that they'll stop bothering me and getting into my yard and harassing me. I'm terrifed! Thank you.
