28 Day Tolerance Break Just Ended 🔥💨💨💨😃😃😃

So, I took the 2nd of my 4 per year t breaks, each one lasting 4 weeks.

Was successful. 😊 A bit easier than last time, but as always, challenging at times.

1st 2 weeks went smoothly, then insomnia started. Was warming u. Am half Scandinavian, my comfort zone is cold winters. ❄️🌨️🩵 I struggle in heat so badly with heat exhaustion. 🥵 Worst was really hot weather, plus no sleep - bad IBS flare up.

Pts'd' and menopause symptoms worsened. Anxiety, stress, reliving trauma, emotional numbness, nightmares, very hot flushes (no fun in heat). Unlike last time, no horrible mood swings, despite me deciding not to continue with HRT that got me through last break.

During all of that, I tried to transfer from Mamedica to Medicann but was rejected. My GP has informed me that they didn't submit the full information. A few toxic trolls came on my thread to piss me off. 🤬 That was when I had a mood swing! 😂😂😂 Insomnia, heat, bad stomach, anxiety, etc meant I had zero tolerance for it.

No worries, Airmed accepted me. 😃 Will now get some discounts on certain products, which hopefully means I can do shorter/less frequent t-breaks. 🤞🏽

Started feeling better on Saturday when I finally slept for more than 2 hours. 😊 Cooler weather plus I bought some Melatonin to add to my t break supplements.

Just had my 1st vape with my coffee and it was beautiful. 🔥💨💨💨☕😃💚

Starting slow and low. Half bowl of High Silver in Dynavap - BB3 stem, standard titanium tip, armoured cap.

Hope that made sense, as am really feeling the effects! 🙃😂 Time to take a nap with my dog. 🐶

Peace and love. ❤️💛💚

9 Months Candida Free And Eating Everything - Vitamin D3 Is A Must

I don't post here very often. But hope my experience may help others.

Had 2 boughts of candida (both down below) caused by medication and abnormal levels of stress because of extreme personal circumstances.

1st continuous was between 2013 - 2016, lived in a very mould home, which obviously exacerbated the condition. Dr prescribed oral Nystatin. It worked fairly quickly. Died off in under 2 weeks. Added foods back extremely slowly, a real snail space. After 9 months was fine, could eat whatever I wanted.

2nd on/off between 2020 - 2026. Exactly same causes as 1st bought. It died off completely on 12 September 2025. Had pressaries, Nystatin and Fluconazole. Even though pressaries and Nystatin worked and I was fairly careful with diet (but not as strict as after 1st bought), it kept coming back. I didn't feel as strong as I did after 1st time.

I think (hope) I've turned the corner this time. After September, I added foods back fairly quickly but refused to have anything with sugar for 1st 6 months. I ate cake for my birthday and a couple of days after and felt like it may return, so stopped. Had some sweet stuff a month later and it was better but still felt like it was a bit risky

I have quite a healthy diet and avoid processed foods whenever possible. I mostly cook from scratch using natural ingredients.

To keep candida-free, I use organic apple cider vinegar with the mother and drink 500ml of kefir everyday. I now have IBS, so eating onions and garlic (which I love) causes flare ups so have to limit them. I have also had to switch wholemeal bread, rice and pasta to white, which is a candida risk factor.

But while researching I stumbled across a new secret weapon, which has been super effective - vitamin D3. I've been taking it for 2 months now and it's an absolute game changer! I use maximum strength and isolated (not with Vitamin K2). I also take multivitamins, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C and Zinc. I only drink water, 1 glass of orange juice with breakfast and 3 large cups of coffee a day.

I feel so much better because of D3. I eat sugary treats every weekend and have no reactions whatsoever. I feel completely normal, just as I did pre-candida. I feel I can eat whatever I like.

I do, however, still remain cautious and fairly strict with my diet. There's no beating this awful condition without doing the cleanse diet for months - that is key and is the cure. I view ACV, kefir and vitamin D3 as super strong supplements that help bulletproof my body against further candida infections.

After a year, I may become slightly less cautious if I feel my body can handle it, but have always had a healthy diet for years before candida ravaged my body and intend to continue with it.

Wishing anyone suffering from this awful condition the very best of luck in conquering it and really hope you get your lives back.

All the best.

Changing From Mamedica to Medicann - A Bit Worried

Been with Mamedica for 18+ months now but been wanting to change to Medicann for a while, for numerous reasons.

I've just downloaded their app and been filling out the registration form. One question has made me a bit anxious that my application will be rejected.

I medicate for mental health mostly but also a few physical conditions. I have pts'd', C-pts'd' and depression, all diagnosed as severe, and are unfortunately recurrent.

The question asked if I had been suicidal and/or had any issues with self harm over the past 2 years. The answer is yes (mainly suicidal). I have those feelings sometimes but have not acted upon them at all.

I've been using daily for 34 years and cannabis has never been in any way problematic for me. In fact, I'm know it's saved my life on a few occasions and really helps me cope with some very challenging symptoms, like insomnia.

Has anyone else been in this situation with Medicann and how did it go?

Am I stressing over nothing? If so, apologies for wasting your time.
