Hi, I have a history of thyroid cancer, total thyroidectomy x 2 and showed regrowth in US 4 months ago. I had a follow-up US, and I was positioned upright and asked to turn my head and tilt my chin. This is the first time I haven't been supine with neck in extension. I am questioning the accuracy of the test. I have no physical limitations that prevent the protocol position. Should I have a repeat US?
