My husband has been experiencing numbness in his groin area as well as his penis and right testicle we have seen a urologist who can find no cause for it. He also has no sensation with ejaculation. What else could cause this type of issue I’m assuming some type of nerve issue due to numbness but docs all seem unsure. He does have some significant back issues and his lumbar spine has multiple bulging discs. He also suffers from MCAS but I don’t think that is causing this but I’m really not sure. Any thoughts or advice on where to turn next would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
