Can someone explain this to me?
TW: Bl00d & Death of an animal!!
Hello guys! BedUser here, I'm mostly here to ask you guys to solve this mystery I've had for the longest time. Anytime it comes across my mind I've always questioned if it was something that even happened and my mom always avoided talking about it.
When I was about 7 or 8yos I heard my sister screaming on the top of her lungs. Me & my brother were upstairs playing with our toys. I watched my mom rush down stairs. Infront of our stairs was the garage door and the scream was coming from there. And I took one look at my brother and I went to check it out as well. My sister passed by me with tears in her eyes and my mom just stone cold figuring out how she was gonna solve this problem.
Here's the layout. In the garage entering from the house we had the garage door connected to the house and when you enter it there is the two garage doors infront of you for cars then you have a door to the right connected to the backyard. Our backyard is fenced but there is a gate connected to the front and the fence in the back were these black bars and they have an opening between each bar enough for a cat to get through. You can only access the backyard fence from the backyard there is no latch in the front.(So nobody can just get into our yard.)
As I walked into the garage holding onto my mom I looked to my right and the garage door connected to the yard was wide open. And when I walked around the car there it was. An adult rabbit laying there dead fully decapitated. The neck was cleanly sl!ced and there was dried bl00d on the concrete with it organs splayed out.
My sister chucked it up to the neighbors cat who run around or the coyotes(This was in Cali). But the only thing is there were no bite marks. Just cleanly cvt around the neck. And it was fresh. I could feel the warmth near my legs as I crouched to it. I was pretty young asking my mom if we could bring them back. But my mom just told me to go outside. To just get me and my brother away n giving my sister a breather. But when we went outside the gate was shut.
There wasn't a bl00d trail. No signs of any bl00d anywhere else in the garage. Looking back on it. This wasn't an animal and the fence from the gate would be hard for anyone to just hop it. Even with the barred fenced in the back were pretty tall and the only thing that can get in-between was either the rabbit itself and or a cat. This was the weirdest thing ever. We don't have anyone who hated us or anyone to provoke. So it was all just extremely weird and unexplainable.
Earlier that year or my concept of the time. I've experienced something unusual in the house regardless. One stood out to me the most. Late afternoon when the sun finally went down in the same house me & my brother were playing around in the living room. Our dining room was in the front of the house and I noticed movement in the dining room.
The lights weren't on so I sent my brother to go turn them on but he was still in play mode so I threw the ball in the dark letting my brother go run over there and when I was about to ask. These strange figures appeared. One sitting on the table and another standing next to them. They had like indigenous clothing. The one sitting on the dining table look cheerful and the outline and glow was a bright yellow. And the one standing there looked serious and the outline glow was blue.
But they disappeared as soon as I run up to them. My brother looking at me confused and still in play mode ran off to the living room. While I sat in the same spot pondering. I ended up continuing to play with my brother. But I never seen them since.
If you guys have any answers please leave a comment because I have no clue on what happened that day and if maybe there is an explanation on how the rabbit got there or the unexpected figures maybe my imagination. I am good at recollecting my childhood memories so I feel like no one can convince me otherwise that what I seen wasn't real.. Especially memories that left a huge impact on me.
