Sorry if this is the wrong subreddit.

I recently got a job at a bookstore and they described the dress code as smart casual. I'm having a hard job trying to figure out that clothing to get.

I've however seen people at that job in jeans and t shirts. Also because the weather is so hot would it be OK to wear a plain t shirt? Like a white t shirt and black trousers?

Thinking of basing a artistic project on it.
