For context i lost everything struggled to find a job
I just landed a job at $16hr which at 40hrs pays most of my expenses.
I have two loans one at $3.8k and the other at $4.5k
I physically dont make enough to pay these installments and my bank wont negotiate with me ar all.
Im at the point where id rather just default and pay off my other loan and save for when i get billed.
I WILL pay these balances im just scared of them sueing me during my recovery periodz
chat gpt is making it out like i will rot in prison it if i default
