Hoping to move to a new apartment next summer. Currently work full time but hoping to start a master’s program at IU in May. Would prefer to not be surrounded by loud college students and avoiding Pavilion Properties! I’m a 23 female, so safety is important. I’m born and raised in Bloomington so I know what areas of town are “safe” but more curious about what the other tenants are like. Also interested in whether the price is worth it for the amenities. Any concerns about management for any of these? TIA!
