Importing a 1972 car? US->CA
Hey, I know someone who is going to school next year in BC, Canada but they only drive their old 1972 car, its a hand me down. But their parents are concerned it'd be illegal due to Canadas tighter emission laws. Are there anyways to allow their car in because its so old? I did some googlin' to see and I saw something about the 15 year exception but either their parents (who don't love the car cuz it runs kind of poorly at times) are purposefully leaving that out or its more complex than that. Please help!
Thanks.
